Brief Biography

William Miller recently completed his PhD at the University of Dallas, writing his dissertation on the topic of moral legislation in the early American states. Inspired by a six month stint teaching life skills seminars at Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan), he returned to graduate school beginning his doctoral studies in 2001. He worked in the area of moral formation and leadership for 7 years at the Center for Christian Leadership in Dallas, Texas, creating developmental programs for ministers and business professionals. He currently is an organizational development consultant for Premiere Global Services, a global communications solutions company, designing and implementing a developmental model for their 2,500 employees worldwide.
